CXMXO Media Group was founded in 2015 by media entrepreneur Stephan M. Czaja. Starting with CM Models, a high-fashion model agency, and Social Media One, a digital marketing agency, CXMXO quickly positioned itself at the intersection of fashion and social media.

Recognizing the growing power of social media influencers, CXMXO took a bold step into influencer marketing in 2018. Through Social Media One, the group began crafting campaigns that combined creative storytelling with measurable impact.

In 2020, CXMXO ventured into real estate marketing with the launch of Lukinski, combining digital expertise with a focus on high-end real estate. That same year, CXMXO also debuted VR avatars in advertising and Europe's first VR fashion show.
