Our portfolio also includes software, for example, but we have developed it exclusively, for our own purposes. Since these are absolute unicorns, we can’t write about them openly. We are particularly interested in growth opportunities in the field of development. For each of our brands, we and CXMXO founder Stephan M. Czaja, stand with our name.
As can be seen from our brand portfolio, our company as a group, but also each individual brand, stands for absolute quality. Our model agency works with clients the Prada, Dior, Hermés, and many more. Our social media agency for clients like UNICEF, Weight Watchers or even Rolls-Royce, and many more. In our fashion magazine we present new looks from renowned brands like Otto, Zalando but also Calzedonia. Our magazine also has the first virtual journalist in the world, of course we connect our brands and ideas.

Cocaine Models (CM) – Our model agency, as an international agency, is present in all major cities of the world with castings, partners, jobs and clients. With a maximum of 90 models under contract, we set with Cocaine Models on the highest international standards and structure of the models. With prestigious clients such as Dior, Hermès, fashion such as Zalando and Nike, but also advertising for brands such as VW, Schwarzkopf and many other premium brands.
Organizing a fashion show – Organizing a fashion show is a really challenging task. While usually fashion is about media production (e-commerce, Instagram, POS, etc.), here it’s about a specific event, at a specific time, where a lot of important people (key accounts, influencers, press) have to be gathered, coordinated and in the end everything focuses on a period of only 30 minutes, maybe an hour!
Everything has to be perfectly organized and run perfectly.
Virtual Reality – Digitization is increasing in all industry. Industry lives in the age of industrialization 4.0, economy is becoming more and more digital, today everyone has a smartphone. A new step, are virtual avatars. That is, artificial people. If you look at phenomena like Lil’Miquela in the US, you can see what relevance digital avatars can get. Millions of people follow her avatar on Instagram and want to know what she’s up to next! Music videos, interviews, new photos and videos from her life. We are the first in Europe to get involved with this technology and now, are the first campaigning in the world!
Magazine – Our magazine has 3 major core areas: 1) interviews with stars of the future (social media), 2) lifestyle / fashion and 3) real estate / furnishings. Since we ourselves, through our brands, a lot in the media world on the road, we wanted to collect impressions and record!
This includes, for example, contacts in the influencer world, through our social media agency, tickets for Fashion Week through our international model agency. Luxury real estate through our real estate agents on Lukinski. For FIV, we meet celebrities for interviews, take you live to Fashion Week in Paris, London, Berlin, Milan and New York. We take you exclusively to luxurious properties and introduce you to the latest fashion trends from the metropolises.
Social Media Agency – As an agency, Social Media One specializes in marketing products and companies in online media. With a very high proportion of social media marketing, as well as performance marketing, newsletter marketing, search engine optimization.
So social media marketing is not just about channel management and content creation. Here we give a little insight into the work of our social marketing agency, network-independent (Instagram, Youtube, Facebook & Co.), to content creation, advertising and importantly: targeting. Know How Transfer – In our work, in various fields, from social media agency, to realtors, to model agency, virtual reality and the real estate magazine, we as a team, are constantly getting to know interesting people with lots and lots of knowledge and expertise. Having already established a great multiplier with our fashion magazine, the next step is to build an e-commerce. Zamiraa is our solution for luxury jewelry, but also furnishings, furniture and everything in the field of interior.
Real Estate – On Lukinski visitors can find real estate (and information) from Germany, Balearic Islands and the USA. Through our own passion for real estate, spaces and furnishings, we decided to invest in this new, extensive project in 2019. In 2021, the first viewings have taken place, one villa for 13.7 million, the next for 54 million. Lukinski has a clear goal: luxury real estate.
